what dates is the oak fair on this year?

The 2025 Oak Fair will be held on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th August.
 
what TIMES DOES THE OAK FAIR OPEN AND CLOSE?
 
Gates will open at 10am and close at 5pm on both days.

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING?
 
Yes we have a disabled parking area, please indicate to parking stewards when you arrive.

IS THE OAK FAIR SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS?
 
The Oak Fair is generally suitable for wheelchairs. The ground can be a bit hilly however, so we advise to book a mobility scooter if you feel this would be more comfortable. To book a mobility scooter please see the link above to Wheels for Freedom where you can book directly. We do not take bookings for mobility scooters through the show office.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE GATE?
 
Yes, however while extremely unlikely, if we reach our maximum capacity we will not be able to guarantee entry on the gate.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?
 
Well behaved dogs are welcome but they must be kept on leads. Please ensure you clean up after your dog and bring water for them if hot. Please ensure your dog does not urinate against trade stands - there are plenty of trees nearby. Anyone not following these rules will be asked to leave with no refund offered.

IF IT IS WET, WILL THERE STILL BE AN OAK FAIR?
 
The Oak Fair will take place 'rain or shine'. Only in the case of severe weather warnings or high winds would the show not go on. If this occurs then we would put a notice on this website and also on our social media platforms to inform visitors.
 
CAN I PAY BY CARD AT THE OAK FAIR? 
A lot of our exhibitors take card payments but not all of them do so please come prepared.
 
IS THERE AN ATM AT THE FAIR? 
 
You can get cash out easily from the ticket office at the entrance to the Oak Fair, so don't forget on your way in!

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRADE STAND?

If you wish to be considered for the Oak Fair 2025 please send an email to oakfair@stockgaylard.com for an application form in December/January. We choose our traders in February/March.

CAN I CAMP AT THE OAK FAIR?

 We don't offer visitor camping at the Oak Fair - the nearest campsites are at Little Rodmore or the Fox Inn at Ansty.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDIT NOTES ON TICKETS? 

As a live event, we do not offer refunds, transfers and/or credit notes for tickets.
Refunds will only be given in the event that the Oak Fair is cancelled. 

I've bought a ticket for the wrong day, can I change the date? 

It is sometimes possible to change ticket days if a mistake has been made when booking and if it is requested in advance (at least one week before the event), however we cannot guarantee this is possible as we get very busy during this time.

We are not able to change tickets the week before the event, or during the event due to bad weather -  this is due to the capacity limit we have for the event as we are a small site.

We advise you to book your tickets when you are sure of which date you would like to come.
